Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join CLEAResult as a Program Consultant. Program and Operations support roles at CLEAResult often span multiple functional areas, including data management, metrics and reporting, team coordination, and process design or improvement. These roles may support individual programs or processes, or contribute to operations across larger functions or business units. While largely internal‑facing, Program Consultants may also engage directly with clients, customers, and trade allies.
For this exciting career opportunity, we are seeking a team member to support a large energy‑efficiency program that delivers lighting incentives through a midstream offering and a small business direct‑install offering. As the program expands, maintaining rigor, integrity, and quality is critical. You’re a great fit if you are energized by the intersection of energy efficiency and quality assurance.
In this role, you will lead the program’s quality assurance efforts, spanning incentive processing, post‑installation verifications, and all stages in between, ensuring the program continues to deliver best‑in‑class performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assessments.
Provide ongoing review and training to staff to ensure program requirements are met.
Lead implementation of quality‑verification assessments, checks, and reviews.
Conduct data analysis of quality‑assurance activities and prepare regular reporting for the client.
Perform in‑depth audits of program participation as needed.
Identify opportunities for improved data validation, automation, and review processes to reduce risk.
Engage with external program participants—such as customers and contractors—to schedule quality‑assurance activities and share results.
Key Skills:
Strong analytical and quality‑assurance capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and refine processes and documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, functions, and levels
Comfort engaging with external stakeholders
Solutions‑focused approach to challenges
In This Exciting Career Opportunity, You Will Have…
