  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while coordinating with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain Workday teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop integration reports, manage integration schedules, and perform regression testing with each new Workday release.

Children's IS Department has a Senior Workday Integrations Developer opening on our team!

Location: Remote

About the Role:
Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to join our Information Systems team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday integration technologies including Studio, Extend, APIs, EIB/XSLT, and Core Connectors. In this role, you'll develop new solutions, enhance existing integrations, and serve as a trusted resource partnering with teams across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and test integrations between Workday and internal/external systems using Workday technologies such as Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, and Workday Web Services.

  • Analyze Workday integration processes and make updates as needed to enhance business workflows.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while communicating with business partners, vendors, and internal HR, Finance, and Supply Chain Workday teams.

  • Develop integration reports, manage integration schedules, and perform regression testing with each new Workday release.

  • Evaluate incoming technical requests from stakeholders and provide creative, effective solutions.

  • Independently lead and manage technical projects while coordinating across multiple teams.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.

  • Technical and functional Workday experience with deep knowledge of integration technologies.

  • 3+ years of Workday Studio experience with strong XSLT skills.

  • Experience building and maintaining integrations using Workday Extend.

  • Experience building integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.

  • Strong understanding of API integration methodologies.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.

  • Knowledge of integration processes and testing procedures.

  • Report development experience, including supporting complex calculated fields.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

  • Ability to teach and share knowledge with team members, business partners, and other stakeholders within the Workday Program Team.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience building and maintaining integrations using Workday Orchestrate.
