Adobe is seeking a meticulous and collaborative Post Production Specialist to join our in-house social creative studio.
This is an individual contributor role supporting post-production execution and media management across social campaigns. You’ll partner closely with creative directors, editors, designers, producers, and external production partners to ensure assets are organized, workflows run smoothly, and creative is delivered efficiently.
Your day-to-day will be split between video editing and media management. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, technical curiosity, and a team-first attitude. You’ll play an important supporting role in maintaining the systems and processes that enable high-quality social content at scale.
Edit short and long-form social-first videos
Collaborate with creative and strategy team to apply changes through the review process
Assist with syncing multicam footage, building stringouts, and preparing timelines for review
Create motion graphics and graphic elements for social assets
Ingest footage and generate proxies for production partners and freelance collaborators
Support documentation and capture of product workflows for use in social content
Organize and maintain media within Frame, ensuring assets are stored accurately and follow team conventions
Assist with ingest of event toolkits and production media to ensure accessibility for internal teams
Distribute approved brand assets (fonts, logos, bumpers, libraries) to partners
Help manage Frame access permissions for collaborators
Support occasional on-set or remote ingest, ensuring media is properly transferred, backed up, and organized
3-5 years of experience in post production, video editing, or media management
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects
Understanding of media workflows, file organization, and proxy generation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $71,700 -- $161,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $111,700 - $161,700

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
