We are actively seeking an SAP Senior Developer. This is a remote position that can based anywhere in Brazil.

Position Summary

The role of the Sr. Developer, SAP is to analyze, design, develop and test solutions to ensure that they are compliant with the various legal requirements published by agencies and governments globally.  This position is responsible for translating the functional and technical requirements into technical solutions for PeopleSoft HCM Payroll, Human Resources, and Financials.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Perform analysis and development to meet legislative requirements.

  • Working with teams on testing and analysis tasks.

  • Implements and documents technical design and client facing documentation.

  • Gain new knowledge through analysis, research, and testing.

  • Communicate effectively across various teams.

  • Be committed to excellence and quality.

  • Work closely with all team members to ensure we meet the acceptance criteria and deliver a high-quality product.

Experience

  • 10+ years of extensive technical experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

  • Jira experience, a plus.

  • Experience working with PeopleSoft Financials Module, a plus.

Skills

  • Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

  • Ability to think outside of the box and take initiative for process improvements.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.

  • Must be a strong self-starter and the ability to work in a very fast paced environment.

  • A committed home-work environment with stable internet service.

  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited institution

Location

  • Remote, Brazil

Language

  • Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish as a plus.
