AI Solutions Architect (Remote)

We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of cloud-native and AI-driven systems across AWS and Azure. This role combines deep architectural leadership with hands-on capability to rapidly develop MVPs and prototypes—particularly for AI and agentic applications—to validate ideas, reduce risk, and accelerate value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Architect and deliver scalable, secure cloud-native systems across AWS and Azure.

· Lead architecture for AI-enabled and agentic applications, including LLM-based workflows.

· Rapidly build MVPs and prototypes to validate requirements and architectural decisions.

· Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate prototyping and iteration.

· Engage stakeholders to define requirements, trade-offs, and architectural direction.

· Provide architectural guidance and mentorship across teams, serving as a collaborative partner to Tech Leads by working jointly on architectural direction and project delivery while offering hands-on support as needed.

Required Qualifications

· Senior-level experience as an individual contributor architect delivering production systems.

· Hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

· Experience designing and delivering AI-enabled applications.

· Demonstrated ability to rapidly develop MVPs and prototypes.

· Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor.

· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working in clinical or healthcare domains, including designing systems that handle sensitive health data with strong privacy, security, and compliance considerations.

· Experience with agentic or multi-agent system architectures.

· Experience delivering live-data or user-facing MVPs in short iteration cycles.

· Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and architectural governance.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $116,800.00 - $325,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
