  • Collaborate with alliances that drive the Zoom ecosystem (e.g., Poly, Oracle, Jabra, Verint, and others) to expand the partner ecosystem

The Channel Account Manager – Turkish & Gulf (Dubai-Based) enhances sales revenue by building and maintaining strong relationships with partners across the Turkish and Gulf markets. Operating from Dubai, this role focuses on driving growth through channel programs, collaborating with partners on marketing plans, training, and business development initiatives. The position requires close alignment with company objectives while ensuring partner and customer satisfaction throughout the region.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years of experience in managing partnerships in the Unified Communications, Cloud, or Telephony space
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies for Partner programs and sales enablement
  • Experience working with SaaS Resellers within the Turkish market
  • Deep understanding of the Partner ecosystem
  • Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities with Channel partners
  • Experience collaborating with Alliances that drive the Zoom ecosystem, such as Poly, Dten, NEAT, Oracle, Ribbon, Jabra, and Verint

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في إدارة الشراكات في مجال الاتصالات الموحدة، أو الحوسبة السحابية، أو الاتصالات الهاتفية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعّالة لبرامج الشركاء ودعم المبيعات.
  • خبرة في العمل مع موزعي برامج SaaS في السوق التركية.
  • فهم عميق لمنظومة الشركاء.
  • إتقان اللغة التركية (كتابةً وتحدثاً) شرط أساسي.
  • مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة للتعاون الفعّال مع الشركاء والجهات المعنية الداخلية.
  • إتقان تحليل بيانات المبيعات واتجاهات السوق لتحديد فرص النمو مع شركاء القنوات.
  • خبرة في التعاون مع التحالفات التي تدعم منظومة Zoom، مثل Poly وDten وNEAT وOracle وRibbon وJabra وVerint.
