We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager/Assistant fluent in Spanish & English & Russian.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Managing and supporting partners without income;
    • Handling affiliate partner requests and providing assistance with onboarding;
    • Coordinating communication with partners and collecting feedback;
    • Managing project news channels and FAQ responses;
    • Assigning tasks to outsourcing teams and writing clear instructions;
    • Supporting all CRM chat activities.

    We expect from you:

    • Previous experience in coordination, partner/account support, or administrative roles;
    • Knowledge of Spanish – C2, English – B2, Russian – C1;
    • Strong working knowledge of GSuite, Excel, and general PC literacy;
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
    • Critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and ability to navigate complex partner situations;
    • Teamwork and communication skills, including experience in leadership or initiative roles;
    • High negotiation ability and confidence in managing multiple stakeholders.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
