Job Description

 

  • Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and applicable insights.
  • · Conduct advanced analytics on transactional data, including trend and correlation analysis.
  • · Translate requirements into structured data models and schemas.
  • · Collaborate with team members to gather and understand data and reporting requirements.
  • · Deliver,complex data analyses that support strategic decision-making and improve measurements.
  • · Identify and recommend additional data points to track, helping establish meaningful customer experience metrics aligned with priorities.
  • · Support analytics by ensuring clean, well-structured datasets.
  • · Identify gaps in data collection and recommend enhancements to improve data quality and insights.
  • · Maintain documentation of data models, definitions, and standards.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of professional experience in reporting and data analytics.
  • Interpret large datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience with SQL, relational, and non-relational databases, in processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
  • Query data using Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
  • Computer Applications for data visualization: Tableau, Omniture, Omniture Report Builder, TeamSite, SalesForce.com, and Power Bi.
  • MS Office with emphasis on Excel (can perform complex functions) reporting, VBA and Power Query.
