Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of professional experience in reporting and data analytics
Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases, handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data
Experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy) and data querying
Experience with data visualization/BI tools (Tableau and Power BI) and related reporting applications

Requirements:

Job Description

Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and applicable insights.
· Conduct advanced analytics on transactional data, including trend and correlation analysis.
· Translate requirements into structured data models and schemas.
· Collaborate with team members to gather and understand data and reporting requirements.
· Deliver,complex data analyses that support strategic decision-making and improve measurements.
· Identify and recommend additional data points to track, helping establish meaningful customer experience metrics aligned with priorities.
· Support analytics by ensuring clean, well-structured datasets.
· Identify gaps in data collection and recommend enhancements to improve data quality and insights.
· Maintain documentation of data models, definitions, and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of professional experience in reporting and data analytics.
Interpret large datasets.
Demonstrated experience with SQL, relational, and non-relational databases, in processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
Query data using Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
Computer Applications for data visualization: Tableau, Omniture, Omniture Report Builder, TeamSite, SalesForce.com, and Power Bi.
MS Office with emphasis on Excel (can perform complex functions) reporting, VBA and Power Query.
