Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain outbound email infrastructure—including domain management, deliverability monitoring, rotation strategies, and DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Create and manage data pipelines and dashboards for Sales and Marketing leadership, and document system architectures and workflows to create a source of truth

The Opportunity

Dash0's go-to-market engine is growing fast and we need someone to own the operational backbone. As RevOps Manager, you'll be responsible for the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that power our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

This isn't a traditional RevOps role — you'll be hands-on building automation workflows, managing our CRM architecture, and ensuring data flows cleanly between tools. If you love connecting systems, automating manual work, and making GTM teams more efficient, this is your role.

What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain the GTM tech stack, with HubSpot as the core CRM, plus enrichment providers, outbound tools, and internal integrations.

  • Build and manage automated workflows using n8n, native integrations, and APIs to connect systems and eliminate manual processes.

  • Design and maintain outbound email infrastructure — domain management, deliverability monitoring, rotation strategies, and DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

  • Create and manage data pipelines, ensuring clean data flow and accurate attribution across the funnel.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for Sales and Marketing leadership.

  • Document all system architectures, workflows, and processes to create a source of truth for the team.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Strong technical proficiency — comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and debugging complex integration issues.

  • Deep knowledge of email deliverability, including domain health management, bounce rate optimization, and sender reputation.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.

  • A systems-thinking mindset — you build for scalability, not just for today's problem.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced proficiency in n8n or similar low-code automation platforms.

  • Experience setting up high-volume calling or dialer systems (Orum, Aircall).

  • Background in data engineering or software development.

  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
