In the Philippines, one of our key programs is the New Energy Academy (NEA). NEA is a specialized training hub that bridges the skills gap in the solar industry through a blended learning approach. We provide high-quality online and hands-on training to empower the next generation of solar professionals across the archipelago.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Associate to join the NEX Philippines team, specifically dedicated to supporting the New Energy Academy. You will be supporting our learners, ensuring they have a seamless and supportive experience from enrollment to completion.

This role is ideal for a multilingual communicator who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and deeply patient. You will manage the digital tools that power our academy and serve as a mentor and guide for a diverse group of learners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the registration, onboarding, and offboarding processes for all learners
  2. Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and chat in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya
  3. Host online orientations and regular checkpoint sessions via Zoom
  4. Monitor learner progress in Moodle and send timely training reminders
  5. Manage hands-on practical booking and ticketing through Humanitix
  6. Create weekly and quarterly progress reports (enrollment, completion, feedback) using Google Workspace
  7. Track participant payments and maintain accurate enrollment records
  8. Assist in updating training documents and coordinating logistics for webinars and roadshows

Work Setup and Schedule

Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)

Schedule: Must be available for night shifts and Saturday sessions to lead orientations and checkpoints. The remaining hours are flexible.

Qualifications and Skills
