ABOUT THE ROLE:
Based in Darwin, our Lodge Maintenance Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting and safeguarding the ongoing operations of Outback Spirit’s eight remote lodges across Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and Queensland.
Our lodges offer high-end accommodation in breathtaking wilderness environments - each with its own unique charm, operational complexities, and maintenance needs. Your leadership, technical ability, and strategic oversight will ensure our assets operate safely, efficiently, and to the luxury standards expected by our guests.
You will oversee maintenance planning, contractor engagement, compliance management, and onsite works across all properties. Regular travel to remote lodges will be required for diagnostics, project oversight, and hands-on support to local Lodge Managers.
This role combines operational leadership, project management, and practical trade expertise to ensure our lodges remain exceptional, reliable, and ready to welcome guests.
