Position Title: Mid-Level Attorney
Reports To: Partner, National Counsel
The Mid-Level Attorney will be a member of the National Coordinating Counsel for complex mass tort and products liability litigation, including asbestos matters, providing strategic leadership and oversight across multi-jurisdictional portfolios nationwide. This role is responsible for coordinating defense strategy, managing nationwide discovery and motion practice, supervising local counsel, and serving as a primary strategic and client-facing advisor. The position requires advanced litigation skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage high-volume, high exposure matters while mentoring junior attorneys and support staff.
Responsibilities:
The firm’s expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000. Actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, internal equity and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. The firm offers benefits including comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement savings, and paid time off and holidays.
