Project Scope:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM
Techno-Functional Consultant to support the design, development, testing,
and maintenance of SAP applications within an enterprise environment. The role
involves working across multiple SAP modules including Human Capital
Management (HCM), Time Management, Payroll, SuccessFactors, Finance, Materials
Management, and Supplier Relationship Management.
The consultant will be responsible for
analyzing system requirements, developing and configuring solutions, performing
testing, and supporting ongoing enhancements and production systems. The role
also includes integration with external workforce management systems such as Kronos
Workforce Dimensions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop
high-quality SAP code and related documentation following development standards
· Collaborate with
cross-functional teams including analysts, designers, and system owners
· Provide
end-to-end SAP support including analysis, development, testing, and issue
resolution
· Analyze system
change requests and provide accurate effort estimates
· Configure and
enhance standard SAP solutions
· Participate in
testing, deployment, and post-production support activities
· Mentor junior
team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing
· Support system
upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Technical Responsibilities:
· Develop and
enhance SAP Web UI, Web Dynpro, and Floorplan Manager (FPM) applications
· Work on HCM
Processes & Forms using Adobe Forms and NetWeaver Portal
· Develop using ABAP
(Object-Oriented, Modular, Dialog, and Dynamic Programming)
· Implement
enhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, Screen/Field Exits, and Enhancement
Framework
· Develop reports
(ALV, Interactive, Drilldown, Classical) and interfaces
· Work with BAPI,
RFC, IDOC, LSMW, BDC and integration tools
· Develop and
support SuccessFactors integrations
· Manage SAP
connections (SCOT, SOST) and workflows
· Perform OSS note
analysis and apply fixes/updates
· Support
integration using SAP PI/CPI, SOA, REST/SOAP Web Services, and file
interfaces
· Work on SAP
ECC, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors modules
· Perform unit
testing, test script development, and execution
Required Skills & Experience:
· 5+ years of SAP
HCM ABAP development experience
· Strong functional
knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
· Experience with Kronos
Workforce Dimensions / Workforce Ready
· Hands-on
experience with SAP Portal technologies
· Knowledge of SAP
Cloud Integration (CPI/PI)
· Experience with enterprise
ERP systems
· Understanding of accounting/business
processes
· Strong
communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
· Experience
working in Agile and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies
· Exposure to HANA
Cloud Integration and modern SAP technologies
· Experience with
integrations across HR, payroll, and third-party systems
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work
