5+ years of SAP Basis administration and support experience
Strong experience with SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and system upgrades/patch management
Proven ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP systems; performance tuning
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
Lead SAP Basis operations, monitoring, incident management, and issue resolution for client environments
Plan and execute SAP upgrades, patching, migrations, and maintenance with minimal downtime
Collaborate with functional teams to design, optimize, and troubleshoot SAP landscapes
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and thought leadership within delivery teams and clients
