  • Reviews mortgage loans for compliance following QC checklist and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Job description

Overview:

Job Title: Post Closing Specialist

 

Location:Santa Ana, CA - Remote OK ( If living within 31 miles of Santa Ana, CA or Austin, TX will need to be able to work 2 days on-site)

 

Pay: $21/hr.

Primary responsibilities include preparing real estate loans to ensure they are closed in conformance with all underwriting guidelines. Post-Closing prepares loans for booking and settlement with agencies, tracks and clears post close file exceptions.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Performs post audit review of secondary market loans based upon regulatory agency and investor requirements.
  • Prepares files for other audits of secondary market loans.
  • Disbursement of all residential mortgage loans.
  • Reconciliation of all HUD/Settlement Statements with FICS.
  • Mailing customer survey letters.
  • Coordinating trailing documents to outside investors
  • Reviewing all mortgage loans for compliance following QC checklist.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Education/Experience:
