Built core systems from scratch and can explain how they work in-depth (five levels deep).
Track record delivering enterprise-grade operational technology platforms for internal operations at scale.
Experience with Zendesk ecosystem and AI-powered tooling to automate core agent workflows.
Ability to scale systems to broader business areas by expanding from initial components to additional platforms across the organization.

Requirements:

Own the technical delivery of the AI-powered operational tooling stack and Zendesk ecosystem for internal Ops.
Build the operational tech foundation from zero to scale, starting with Zendesk and expanding into broader business systems.
Design, implement, and maintain automation that improves core agent workflows and operational efficiency using AI tooling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prove impact and extend the platform across the organization.

Professionals can compare work details and pay rates (or negotiate for more) in an open, transparent marketplace. Today, healthcare facilities and schools are understaffed, which can result in poor patient care, student outcomes, and employee burnout. Meanwhile, local professionals have time and want to pick up extra shifts. These two parties don’t know each other and aren’t sure if they can work together (licenses, qualifications, or even trust might get in the way). Clipboard exists to solve this problem.

Role Overview

📍 Remote - Non U.S. Locations

We’re hiring builders to own the technical delivery of our AI-powered operational tooling stack and Zendesk ecosystem as we expand into broader business systems across the organization.

We're building an enterprise-grade operational technology platform for our internal Ops at a $1.3B marketplace that processes hundreds of thousands of shifts annually. Our AI tooling is automating core agent workflows. We need someone to own the technical build of the operational tech foundation — starting with our Zendesk ecosystem and expanding into broader business systems as you prove impact. If you've built core systems from zero and want to do it again at scale, this is the role.

What matters more than your level is whether you've built something from scratch and can go five levels deep explaining how it works.
