Our Engagement Specialist is not just the first point of contact—they are the cornerstone of our client support system. Using your clinical insights, you will conduct brief, initial assessments during calls, identify client needs, and provide immediate, resource-based support. Your role is critical in creating a safe, stigma-free environment and ensuring each individual receives compassionate, high-quality care from the very first interaction.
The scheduled shift for this role is Sunday—Thursday, 11am—7pm CDT.
