Job Summary

As we continue to grow and scale, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support and build foundational recruiting processes, tools, and programs across the organization. 

This internship is focused on recruiting operations, candidate experience, and talent programs. The ideal candidate is interested in recruiting, people operations, and communications, and is eager to gain hands on experience supporting and improving hiring practices within a fast paced organization.

 

Duties/ Responsibilities: 

  • Support the design and execution of recruiting processes to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency
  • Assist with sourcing efforts including talent mapping, outreach, and pipeline development
  • Help build and maintain recruiting resources including interview guides, scorecards, and hiring manager materials
  • Partner with the TA team to operationalize and organize candidate tracking within the ATS
  • Support coordination of interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Assist in building and maintaining a centralized knowledge base for recruiting processes and best practices
  • Partner with People and Hiring Managers to collect and document Standard Operating Procedures and hiring workflows
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives including job postings, social content, and candidate communications

Experience:

  • Interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Operations, or HR
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience or interest in using tools such as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, or CRM systems
  • Curiosity around candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment

 

Compensation:

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $25, with interns working up to 40 hours per week.

The program runs for 8 weeks and will be offered in two cohorts. Candidates may participate in the cohort that best aligns with their summer schedule.

Cohort 1: June 15, 2026 through August 7, 2026
Cohort 2: July 6, 2026 through August 28, 2026
