Our client  is a marketing and lead-generation company that helps healthcare and clinic-based businesses grow. They build and manage done-for-you marketing systems, including Google Ads, local SEO, email marketing, CRM automation, and lead follow-up processes, so clinics can attract, convert, and retain more patients without handling day-to-day marketing execution.

About the role:

We are looking for a Webflow Website Specialist with a strong eye for design and efficiency to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable producing high-quality websites at scale using AI-generated content.You will be responsible for building complete websites in Webflow, leveraging AI tools for copy, and ensuring each site aligns with branding and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Build and launch 2–3 websites per day using Webflow
• Implement and refine AI-generated copy (e.g., Claude)
• Customize layouts, images, and branding elements
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently
• Collaborate with the team via Slack and project management tools
• Ensure websites are visually appealing, functional, and conversion-focused

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Webflow Developer
• Strong proficiency in Webflow (required)
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience working in high-volume production environments
• Ability to turn AI-generated content into clean, publish-ready pages
  

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience using Claude or other AI writing tools
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar task management tools
• Experience working with physical therapy clinics, gyms, chiropractors, or other local service-based businesses

Benefits

• Full-Time Position M-F from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time

• Salary : 2,500USD
  Location: 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM.
• Contract: Independent Contractor
• PTO Included (10 days yearly) + Local Holidays
