JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Definir o direcionamento e posicionamento do produto no mercado;
Identificar necessidades e comportamentos dos usuários por meio de pesquisas;
Priorizar funcionalidades e organizar entregas equilibrando valor, esforço e riscos;
Facilitar o alinhamento entre times técnicos, design e negócio;
Acompanhar KPIs e indicadores para tomada de decisão;
Traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos claros e viáveis;
Atuar com metodologias ágeis promovendo melhoria contínua;
Alinhar expectativas e negociar prioridades com stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experiência com produtos financeiros e seus fluxos transacionais;
Experiência em definição de estratégia de produto, incluindo propósito, posicionamento e direcionamento no mercado;
Vivência com produtos digitais de alta volumetria transacional e lógicas complexas de engajamento (diferencial);
Conhecimento em metodologias de pesquisa e validação com usuários;
Experiência em priorização de backlog, gestão de roadmap e análise de trade-offs (valor x esforço x risco);
Experiência em atuação com times multidisciplinares (tecnologia, design e negócio);
Conhecimento em definição e acompanhamento de KPIs e métricas de produto orientadas a dados;
Conhecimento em fundamentos técnicos para tradução de requisitos e avaliação de viabilidade de soluções;
Experiência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban;
Habilidade em gestão de stakeholders, alinhamento de expectativas e negociação de prioridades.
