JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Conduzir pesquisas com usuários (discovery), incluindo entrevistas e testes de usabilidade;
Mapear jornadas, fluxos e arquitetura da informação;
Projetar soluções de interação com foco em usabilidade;
Criar interfaces alinhadas ao design system e identidade visual;
Desenvolver protótipos para validação de soluções;
Colaborar com times de produto e tecnologia na definição e evolução das soluções;
Acompanhar métricas de produto e experiência do usuário.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experiência com pesquisas de usuários e testes de usabilidade;
Conhecimento em arquitetura da informação e jornadas do usuário;
Experiência em design de interação e princípios de usabilidade;
Conhecimento em ferramentas de design (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD ou similares);
Experiência com design systems e prototipação;
Conhecimento em métricas de produto e UX;
Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum ou Kanban);
Conhecimento em handoff para desenvolvimento.
