The Science Team at Russell Tobin is currently supporting a client in the Medical Devices industry and has opening of Accounts Receivable Customer Service Analyst in which is 100% Remote.

Additional Details:
Contract Length: 12 Months with the possibility of extension 
Pay range: $18 to $ 22/hour on W2 as per your experience
 
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties)
  • Lead end-to-end customer issue resolution management and analysis for U.S. customer operations within an assigned business group.
  • Research and analyze customer payments, delinquencies, and creditworthiness to identify root causes and implement preventative action plans that improve productivity and processes.
  • Partner with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve delinquent accounts.
  • Independently perform collection activities on past-due accounts within established credit policies using phone, email, and written communication.
  • Use strong verbal and written communication skills to drive results and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of customer payment behavior, open accounts receivable items, and delinquency trends to implement effective resolution strategies.
  • Establish and maintain credibility and trust with customers and internal partners through timely, accurate issue resolution and detailed reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in B2B collections
  • Dispute management experience within Accounts Receivable
  • Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, negotiation techniques, and credit principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI reporting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated initiative in process improvement and ability to influence change
 
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
