We are seeking a highly skilled Simulation Developer with strong experience in Java development (AnyLogic), The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable simulation models while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and deliver solutions to perform system of systems discrete event simulations for significantly complex operational/supply chain processes that have a long-term impact, using AnyLogic.
• Follow and contribute to standards and best practices for re-usable, integrated, and automated simulation models that provide ongoing value.
• Design and creation of re-usable simulation, optimization, and data science libraries.
• Identify and tackle intrinsically hard process flow simulation problems including problems that are highly complex, ambiguous, undefined, with less existing structure, or having significant business risk or potential for significant impact.
• Use advanced statistical /simulation tools and develop code using Java or Python for data analysis, simulation, and developing modeling algorithms.
• Communicate results of model to technical and non-technical resources through various means, including design and development of intuitive UIs.
• Write effective white papers and artifacts while documenting your approach, simulation outcomes, recommendations, and arguments.
• Translate and interpret findings from models into operational activities for broader organization.
