Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with researching and booking cruise vacations

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or online messaging
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and booking details
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth reservation processes and client satisfaction
Stay current on cruise industry trends, promotions, and offerings
Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
