  • 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong business acumen with experience in revenue growth (upsell, cross-sell, retention)
  • Experience building business cases, client proposals, and presentations
  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Enhance Revenue Retention and Growth: support renewal, upsell, and cross-sell of client accounts in collaboration with project and technical leaders
  • Drive Operational Improvement: define and refine methodologies, cross-project workflows, staffing strategies, hiring plans, client NPS initiatives, and budget tracking; identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with Leadership: work closely with the COO and CEO on company-wide initiatives, providing strategic and operational insights; assist in preparing reports, presentations, or business cases to support decision-making
  • Problem-Solving: act as a dependable resource to assist in resolving unforeseen challenges and issues as they arise

    Responsibilities πŸ€“
  • Enhance Revenue Retention and Growth
    Support the renewal, upsell, and cross-sell of client accounts in collaboration with project and technical leaders.
    Identify opportunities within existing clients and help shape them into clear business proposals or presentations.
    Contribute to bridging technical insights with actionable business strategies to strengthen our client relationships.
  • Drive Operational Improvement
    Collaborate in defining and refining methodologies, cross-project workflows, staffing strategies, hiring plans, client NPS initiatives, and budget tracking.
    Help identify areas of inefficiency and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Support Leadership
    Work closely with the COO and CEO on company-wide initiatives, providing strategic and operational insights.
    Assist in preparing reports, presentations, or business cases to support decision-making.

    Work closely with senior leaders, providing support on key strategic initiatives and processes.

  • Strong business acumen with experience in revenue growth (upsell, cross-sell, retention

  • Experience building business cases, client proposals, and presentations

  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders (C-level exposure is a plus)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
