Teaching is a craft, yet most educators spend more time battling admin than actually teaching. Your mission? To give them their time back to focus on student outcomes.
As the Senior Product Manager for the Teaching Squad, you’ll be the architect of the teacher experience, building a seamless bridge between planning, instruction, assessment and reporting. You’ll work to streamline teaching admin, empowering teachers to identify learning gaps in seconds, plan high-impact lessons, and focus their energy where it matters most: supporting every student individually.
You'll work across the business to build faster tools that lay the foundation for a classroom where every student feels seen and every teacher feels unstoppable.
At Atomi, we aim to move quickly and keep things transparent. Once you’re into the interview stage, we’ll make sure you get meaningful feedback and insights from the team. For this role, you can expect the process to look like this:
• Initial Screen w/ Atomi's People Team
• Interview Round 1: Culture and Motivations
• Interview Round 2: Technical Assessment
• Interview Round 3: Cross-Functional
Own the vision and roadmap for the Teaching Squad, focusing on creating a seamless, forward-thinking experience for educators.
Lead the squad in a high-velocity environment where we prototype fast and learn faster.
Get into the classroom (physically or virtually) to deeply understand teacher pain points and validate ideas through quick cycles of discovery.
Design high-impact features that feel like "superpowers," allowing teachers to accomplish in seconds what used to take hours.
Partner with design and engineering to build experiences that are not just functional, but deeply engaging and intuitive.
Collaborate with pedagogy specialists to ensure that what we’re building is grounded in learning science and proven to drive real student growth.
An experienced Product Manager (4+ years) who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
A "Bias for Action" You prefer a rough prototype and a user interview over a 10-page PRD. You understand that speed is a competitive advantage.
A Clear Communicator. You can inspire a team with a vision of what teaching could be, while staying grounded in the tactical execution required to ship.
A Workflow Obsessive. You don’t just add features; you look at the whole system to see how things connect, flow, and simplify.
Deeply Empathic. You can put yourself in the shoes of a tired teacher on a Friday afternoon and design something that actually makes their life easier.
