Full Stack Developer Intern

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern to support the creation of intuitive and visually engaging digital products.

This is a virtual/remote position.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will join a structured mentorship experience and support project work that matters to team and client delivery.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with experienced engineers and mentors in project delivery and support activities.
  
• Implement well-defined web application tasks using established patterns and guidance.
  
• Fix low-to-medium complexity bugs with mentor support.
  
• Write and maintain basic unit tests for assigned code changes.
  
• Follow team coding standards, branching workflow, and review feedback.
  
• Participate in planning and status sync meetings to understand delivery priorities.
  
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly to mentors and team members.
  
• Learn and apply Microsoft Cloud development fundamentals in daily work.
  
• Use approved AI tools for low-risk tasks under mentor guidance and validate outputs before use.

Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).

 You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
  
• Self-managed, organized, and technically curious work style.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse global team environment.
  
• Passion for learning and teamwork.
  
• Web development experience.
  
• Basic exposure to AI-assisted development tools and willingness to follow responsible AI usage practices.
