We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong performance and long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify areas for optimization
Analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Implement optimizations and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams (product, technical, commercial) to achieve business goals
Handle day-to-day client communication, resolve issues, and align on expectations
Provide feedback and insights to support product enhancements and ongoing improvements
