Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong performance and long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify areas for optimization
  • Analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Implement optimizations and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, technical, commercial) to achieve business goals
  • Handle day-to-day client communication, resolve issues, and align on expectations
  • Provide feedback and insights to support product enhancements and ongoing improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Operations within AdTech
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, etc.)
  • Experience with audio monetization (in-app, podcasts, or streaming) is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with performance data
  • Experience investigating campaign issues (delivery, discrepancies, traffic quality)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
