Home Claims Field Adjusting Team Lead - Salary between £45,000 and £55,000

A bit about the job:

You’ll lead a team of 10–15 Home Field Consultants, who are all home based ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Working closely with Technical and Operational Leads, you’ll help deliver great outcomes for our customers. You’ll also play a key role in driving improvements, supporting digital transformation, and developing future leaders. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions will directly impact customer satisfaction and team performance.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing workflow, planning, and capacity across your team
  • Leading performance management and coaching
  • Supporting recruitment, regional mapping, and resource planning
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and supply chain partners
  • Driving improvements in customer outcomes, complaint handling, and efficiency
  • Deputising for senior leaders when needed

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong people leadership and coaching experience
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills including workflow management
  • Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse data and drive performance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in home claims is preferred but not essential 

 

 

Additional info:

  • This role may require flexible hours, including evenings and potentially weekends if there is a weather event
  • You will manage a field team, so some travel is required for 121’s, appraisals etc with a home-based office

  • Starting salary between  £45.000- £55.000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
