ServiceNow Developer - Mexico

What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support assigned applications and system components using technical and procedural expertise
• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of system features
• Participate in design discussions and help define technical solutions
• Assist with estimation of effort, resources, and timelines
• Support migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
• Develop and execute unit and system testing, ensuring secure coding practices
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing and new system features
• Document processes and best practices
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree related.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience
• Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Spanish-English proficiency (written and spoken).

Preferred:

• ServiceNow CSA and/or Application Developer certification
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide Script, and modern web technologies
• Experience integrating with platforms like Azure AD, Workday, SAP, or similar.
