Requirements:

  • Hunt for new clients and build a provider services sales pipeline to meet annual quotas (≥$5M in annual contract value) and close new business
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process: assess client needs, develop solutions, write proposals/RFP responses, deliver presentations, and negotiate/close contracts; coordinate with internal teams for execution
  • Maintain and manage Salesforce pipeline with accurate status; collaborate with marketing and lead generation to grow the pipeline
  • Cultivate multinational client relationships with C-suite executives and coordinate with Operations, IT, Solution Engineers, and sales support to ensure delivery and contract execution

We are currently seeking a talented Vice President of Provider Sales to join our team!

This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for hunting for new clients, building long-lasting trusted client relationships and following an established sales process.  This role requires the proven ability to develop your Provider services business pipeline to meet sales quotas of $5M or greater per year in annual contract value.  We offer a highly competitive compensation structure that rewards team members’ success!

This opportunity requires deep experience selling globally and the ability to develop strong relationships with CEO's, CFO’s and other C-suite executives, a key line of business contacts, and internally aligning support for contract execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have strong experience and relationships in the verticals of healthcare with proven success in Provider services (RCM and Clinical)

  • Build pipeline of qualified opportunities through direct sales efforts along with working leads provided lead generation team.

  • Work closely with lead generation staff to help them understand all needs and focus areas, provide coaching and clearly identified client targets.

  • Understand detailed prospect needs for developing the optimal solution, value proposition, writing proposals, RFP responses, presentations and closing new client business. Must have the experience selling internally while working with the prospect to move the opportunity through the pipeline and close.

  • Determine the viability of client programs based on client expectations and resources available to Sagility to ensure expectations can be met and client programs are qualified.

  • Manage the business development communication process to ensure all supporting departments are aware of client needs and support requirements.

  • Support marketing efforts by providing input, based on market indicators, on the development of services assuring pipeline growth.

  • Keep abreast of healthcare market needs in the industry and news with targeted prospect, changes in leadership and key investment areas

  • Must maintain SalesForce.com tool with all sales efforts using established Staging from lead, opportunity through close to track and report the status of new business development efforts and pipeline growth.

  • Interact closely with Operations, Client Services, I.T., Solution Engineers, and sales support team as necessary.

  • Artfully manage multi-national relationships within Sagility and the prospective company as you negotiate terms in a professional environment.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Minimum of 10 years of successful healthcare sales experience in the Payer services and solutions space required.

  • Passion for hunting for new clients, building long lasting trusted client relationships and following proven sales process.

  • Must demonstrate deep BPO knowledge and a current state sales process.

  • Confident and assertive sales executive who can forge key relationships with CEO's, CFO’s and other C-suite executives as well as key line of business contacts, along with internally aligning support for contract execution.

  • Proficient in use of PC applications software: SalesForce, MS-Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
