Summary

Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Reimbursement Manager to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN

Leads the activities of the System-wide government reimbursement estimation, accounting, audit and strategy. Ensures accurate financial statement presentation and meaningful analysis is provided to finance leadership across the System. Assists the System and Market Financial Operations team in modeling
reimbursement for budgeting, forecasting, business plans, due diligence and special projects. Assists others on Government reimbursement team with cost report filing and other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or related field, OR experience with CMS fiscal intermediary or as a healthcare reimbursement consultant in public accounting in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with System, Hospital and Medical Group government reimbursement.
Previous Manager level experience preferred.
Public accounting or CMS fiscal intermediary experience preferred.
