The QA/Documentation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of all clinical documentation across the organization. This "No direct patient care" role focuses on supporting chart reviews, obtaining care plans, and gathering documentation needed to establish medical necessity, all in alignment with Medicare/Medicaid requirements, state program rules, and accrediting body standards. Working under the direction of our Ohio-licensed clinical team, the specialist helps maintain high-quality documentation integrity without performing direct patient care or independent clinical decision-making.
This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.
