Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong systems analysis, design and programming concepts and ability to work with technical and non-technical users to determine requirements
  • Demonstrated technical expertise across systems analysis functions, applications software, computer hardware, data communications, and programming

Requirements:

  • Coordinate, plan, document, and manage implementation and solution projects from initiation to delivery, including defining scope and creating comprehensive project schedules
  • Maintain and update project plans, agendas and system setup documentation, and coordinate resources across departments and external providers
  • Collaborate with technical staff to estimate time requirements, track progress (actuals and forecasts), and deliver web-based demonstrations and training as needed
  • Communicate with stakeholders, escalate issues as needed, prepare leadership reports, and ensure compliance with policies (including HIPAA)

Acentra seeks a Information Technology Systems Implementation Analyst, Mid to join our growing team.

 

Job Summary:

 

Coordinate, plan, document and manage implementation and solution projects from initiation to delivery. Work closely and collaborate with external and/or internal customers to deliver projects against performance measures including scope, quality, and scheduling targets. Provides centralized support to geographically diverse locations. Must collaborate and work closely with implementation project team members, including cross-functional departments as well as clients.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops project specifications and objectives from initiation to delivery for implementation projects. Entails interface with clients and/or internal staff to gather and document specifications and other project specifications. Defines scope of efforts required to meet objectives and develops comprehensive and predictable project schedules.
  • Maintains and updates project plans, agendas and systems set-up documentation. Includes determining project steps, activities, the sequence of events, critical success paths, dependencies and the duration of tasks. Collaborate with technical staff to estimate time requirements to complete project tasks and milestones. On a regular basis, updates the project plan with actuals and forecasts.
  • Identify and acquire appropriate resources to ensure and to assign project responsibilities to ensure necessary resources and activities are carried out in the most efficient, integrated, and productive manner while meeting project targets. Coordinates resources within respective departments, other internal departments, outside service providers as well as materials committed to the projects.
  • Performs various implementation tasks on projects including system rules definition and configuration, questionnaire definition and configuration, and the configuration of all user defined system features. Provides web-based system demonstrations and training as needed.
  • Serves as a central point of contact to routinely relay, facilitate and keep stakeholders apprised of project status and respond to questions or inquiries regarding the project. Maintains open communications with customers as well as the project team, coordinating and conducting meetings as appropriate. Promotes relationships with clients.
  • Prepares reports for leadership’s review on the projects progress, issues and expenditures as appropriate. Identifies factors jeopardizing the project and escalates issues as appropriate, recommending solutions to senior project team members and implementation services managers/directors.
  • Analyzes detailed systems factors including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and alternative methods of problem resolution
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Recognized technical expert of systems design and analyses
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in all systems analysis functions
  • High degree of technical knowledge in applications software, computer hardware, data communications, programming, and systems analysis techniques

"Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level."

Pay Range: USD $88,960.00 - USD $111,200.00 /Yr.
