ABOUT THE ROLE

The Clinician Experience Liaison is responsible for serving as the primary operational point of contact for an assigned group of clinicians, supporting them from onboarding through successful integration into clinical practice at Array Behavioral Care. This position plays a key role in ensuring clinicians receive timely communication, clear expectations, and responsive operational support that promotes confidence, engagement, and long-term retention. The Clinician Experience Liaison brings strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills, and works closely with Medical Affairs, Operations, and Clinical Leadership to address clinician needs, resolve operational issues, and support a seamless clinician experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for an assigned group of clinicians, providing end‑to‑end support from onboarding through full integration into clinical practice.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clinicians by delivering timely, accurate, and professional operational support and serving as a consistent, reliable resource.

  • Act as a liaison between clinicians and internal teams, guiding clinicians through systems, resources, and organizational changes while ensuring questions and issues are appropriately routed and resolved.

  • Promote clinician engagement, confidence, and retention through proactive communication, clear expectation‑setting, and ongoing support that ensures clinicians feel informed, connected, and supported.

  • Support the execution of clinical and operational initiatives by communicating updates, reinforcing expectations, and assisting clinicians in adapting to workflow, process, or system changes.

  • Partner closely with Clinical Leadership, Onboarding, Licensing & Credentialing, IT, Scheduling, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless and coordinated clinician experience.

  • Capture, synthesize, and share clinician feedback, recurring questions, and operational pain points with internal stakeholders to inform continuous improvement of onboarding and ongoing clinician support processes.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinician interactions, onboarding milestones, and operational updates to ensure continuity, visibility, and follow‑through.

  • Performs other duties as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3–5 years of experience in clinician support, practice operations, healthcare administration, or related roles such as licensing/credentialing coordination, where relationship management and cross functional collaboration were central to success.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex, sensitive, or evolving information clearly, professionally, and with empathy to clinicians and internal partners.

  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish trust, collaborate across departments, and serve as a reliable point of connection between clinicians and operational teams.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workflows, priorities, and timelines while maintaining accurate documentation and follow through.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, exercising sound judgment to keep clinicians informed, supported, and moving forward even when processes, timelines, or information are still evolving.

  • Self directed and adaptable, able to work independently in a fast paced environment while adjusting to changing priorities and clinician needs.
