Role the role
You will shape and support the implementation of product strategies for Everfield-owned SaaS businesses in Poland and the Baltics, working closely with teams at each company. You will ensure that each company follows modern product development practices — especially rigorous customer discovery and building business cases for new products or functionalities. You will implement AI tools that enable spec-driven development process to support domain experts in prototyping solutions that become the foundation for production-grade software.
The following description of responsibilities shows the type and range of work you are likely to encounter and not the ongoing responsibilities at any given time. You will need to prioritise where and how you engage based on the expected impact of the deliverables. You will be as strategic as needed to make a good plan and as hands-on as needed to make sure it’s delivered.
What You Will Do
Portfolio and product strategy
Define vision and product positioning for each company, taking into account their USP and differentiation.
Ensure creation of an integration and packaging strategy that connects products to create bundled offerings and cross-product workflows.
Maintain outcome-based roadmaps.
Product development practices and customer discovery
Institutionalize discovery methods (JTBD, problem interviews, assumption mapping, solution testing) and create a repeatable cadence.
Set clear acceptance criteria for new work; prioritize opportunities based on customer value, market demand, and commercial impact.
Introduce a spec-first approach using AI tools such as SpecKit to generate prototypes, flows, test cases, documentation, and code scaffolds where appropriate.
Coaching and enablement of domain experts
Train product owners at individual businesses to run discovery, write strong specs with AI, and create interactive prototypes themselves.
Provide hands-on coaching to produce client-facing prototypes that validate value and serve as a blueprint for engineering.
Build a reusable toolkit: templates, checklists, design system components, example prompts, and integration blueprints.
Product analytics and continuous improvement
Define a measurement framework (north star and input metrics) across products and integrations: activation, adoption, engagement, retention, feature usage, funnel conversion, task success, and time-to-value.
Create tracking plans and event taxonomies; instrument key journeys and features across web/mobile using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Azure Application Insights, and product telemetry.
Establish an experimentation cadence (A/B tests, feature flags, beta programs) and a hypothesis backlog; ensure decisions are evidence-based.
Commercial alignment and market impact
Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to shape value propositions, pricing/packaging for integrated solutions, and enablement assets.
Establish beta programs, customer advisory councils, and lighthouse accounts to accelerate validation and adoption.
Track revenue impact from integrations and bundles; iterate based on performance and feedback.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years in product management within B2B SaaS, ideally in HR Tech or HealthTech.
Deep experience with customer discovery and evidence-based product practices (JTBD, assumption testing, experiment design).
Practical experience implementing spec-driven development and using LLMs to enhance product workflows (PRDs, stories, test cases, prototypes).
Ability to coach non-technical domain experts to produce client-ready prototypes via no-code/low-code and AI tools.
Strong product ops capabilities: roadmapping, prioritization, KPI design, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple autonomous companies; comfortable influencing without direct authority.
Hands-on experience with product analytics and instrumentation (tracking plans, event taxonomies, cohort analysis) using platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Azure Application Insights, BI tools (e.g., Power BI) or similar.
Proven ability to run data-informed product processes: experimentation design, A/B testing, defining north star/input metrics, and translating insights into prioritized backlog items.
Fluent English; Polish or a Baltic language (Lithuanian/Latvian/Estonian) is an advantage.
Tools You May Use
Product discovery and design: Miro, Figma, Loom, Dovetail/Notion for research repositories.
Prototyping and no-/low-code: Framer, Retool, Bubble, Power Apps; design system libraries and component kits.
AI/LLM: Azure OpenAI, SpecKit, RAG over internal product docs/specs.
Delivery and ops: Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint; analytics tools and dashboards (e.g. Power BI).
