Job Overview 

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to design and analyze A/B tests, uncover data-driven insights using Python, and deliver actionable recommendations that shape product strategy. You will collaborate closely with product teams, develop impactful dashboards, and drive continuous improvements in both product and data processes.

Responsibilities

  • A/B Testing: Validate and analyze A/B tests to assess feature performance, user engagement, and design effectiveness, delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis using Python to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive product innovation and strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and domain experts to understand business goals and translate them into analytical outcomes.
  • Reporting: Build and present reports and dashboards that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize products and enhance data collection and analysis processes.

Requirements

  • Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python. 
  • Proficiency in using SQL
  • Familiarity with BI tools, preferably with Power BI.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
