RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Mapear e documentar processos de negócio ponta a ponta
• Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e otimização de processos
• Estruturar e padronizar demandas, garantindo clareza e organização
• Apoiar a definição de requisitos funcionais junto às áreas de negócio
• Atuar em conjunto com Product Owner (PO) e times técnicos
• Garantir alinhamento entre objetivos estratégicos e entregas
• Contribuir com iniciativas de automação e eficiência operacional
• Apoiar a construção de documentação padronizada de processos
• Propor soluções inovadoras, incluindo uso de automação e IA (quando aplicável)

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Visão analítica e sistêmica de processos
• Capacidade de comunicação com diferentes áreas
• Experiência em mapeamento e melhoria de processos
• Organização e atenção a detalhes
• Facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e multidisciplinares
• Experiência com BPM.
• Vivência em analise de negócios, requisitos e sistemas.
