Freight Dispatcher | Remote| US Logistics| Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced Freight Dispatcher to manage daily trucking operations, coordinate drivers, and ensure efficient delivery of loads across the US.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in dry van and reefer operations who can operate in a fast-paced logistics environment and take ownership of dispatch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers and assign loads in a timely and efficient manner

• Track shipments from pickup to delivery and provide real-time updates

• Communicate with drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve issues on the road

• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth operations

• Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times

• Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and driver logs

• Handle delays, breakdowns, and scheduling changes effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight dispatching (dry vans and reefers)

• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with TMS (Transportation Management Systems)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with load boards and freight brokerage platforms

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
