Position Title: Senior EPM Consultant
Location: Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle FCCS Consultant to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) with a strong background in delivering enterprise-scale financial consolidation solutions. As a key contributor and trusted advisor, you will lead and support the full lifecycle of FCCS implementations—from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support. You will work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing consolidation and close solutions aligned with global accounting standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM, with a focus on FCCS
Proven experience delivering end-to-end FCCS implementations (minimum 3 projects in a lead or senior role)
Strong expertise in financial consolidation concepts, including:
Intercompany eliminations
Minority interest
Currency translation
Consolidation adjustments and ownership structures
Proficiency in Oracle Data Management / FDMEE for data integration and mapping
Experience with Smart View, FCCS forms, and reporting frameworks
Familiarity with EPM Automate and REST APIs for automation and administration
Strong understanding of financial close processes under US GAAP and/or IFRS
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
