Role: Java Backend Engineer

Location: Remote, Portugal

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent;
• +5 years of experience in software development, ideally in logistics;
• Strong knowledge of Java 17+ and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot;
• Experience with REST APIs and message streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.);
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible);
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS);
• Agile team experience;
• Good English skills.
