We’re seeking an organized and motivated Remote Booking Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements. The ideal candidate loves travel, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a flexible, work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and book travel including flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages
Provide tailored recommendations based on clients’ needs and preferences
Manage bookings using approved travel platforms (training provided)
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and messaging tools
Maintain accurate client information and documentation
Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination highlights
Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic computer skills and comfort with online tools
Prior travel booking or service experience is helpful but not required
Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
