As a QA Engineer, you will utilize your technical and organizational skills to serve as the guardian of product quality. You will be part of a cross-disciplinary team of product managers, data scientists, designers, and developers who believe in people and in the power of technology to help people transform their lives. Our team brings a unique blend of experiences from both for-profit and non-profit sectors.

You'll be instrumental in the success of Loop, a software product designed to help millions of individuals in need get connected to the nonprofits best able to support them. Your work ensures that when someone reaches out for help, the technology works flawlessly.
Executing thorough manual testing for new features, verifying they meet strict acceptance criteria before they reach our users.
Maintaining and expanding our automated test suite in Selenium (with scenarios managed in X-ray/Jira) to ensure high-velocity development doesn't compromise stability.
Managing automated test pipelines within Bitbucket and AWS to streamline our CI/CD processes.
Testing new Loop integrations with prospective partners. You will verify that our platform is ready and that partner data is compatible and flows correctly.
Owning the 2-week sprint release cycle. You will declare readiness, deploy to staging, and serve as the primary communicator to internal stakeholders regarding what is being delivered and when.
Acting as a core contributor to scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, product brainstorming, and sprint planning.
4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Professional experience maintaining or building automated testing frameworks (Selenium knowledge will be a big plus).
Experience managing releases, deploying to staging environments, and coordinating with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Familiarity with AWS, Bitbucket Pipelines, and SQL for data verification and environment management.
Ability to verify data compatibility for third-party integrations and identify edge cases in complex workflows.
Strong ability to communicate technical readiness and release notes to non-technical internal stakeholders.
Experience with AWS, Atlassian tools, Docker, React, and Node will be a strong plus.
