Role Overview:
• Lead and train AI agents to build our core products (75% of your time).
• Perform precise backend engineering and fine-tuning for secure payment systems (25% of your time).
• Act as a conductor of an AI-driven development process, emphasizing strategy over routine coding.
Requirements:
• Expertise in Node.js & JavaScript with strong backend experience to identify AI errors and optimize logic.
• Experience developing high-traffic applications requiring top performance and data integrity.
• Must reside in Buenos Aires with full legal work eligibility.
• Proactive problem solver who automates solutions to bottlenecks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Google Cloud or Cloudflare, with a focus on security and speed.
• Knowledge of fintech, including multi-currency payment systems and financial data management.
• Front-end skills to ensure high-performing advertising systems.
