Jorgensen Laboratories LLC, a specialty instruments, capital equipment, and medical supply company is seeking a proactive, experienced, energetic, and creative individual to serve as Regional Sales Manager for the Alabama/Mississippi territory. This role reports to the National Sales Manager.


Position Overview

  • Drive demand generation and grow sales within the assigned territory.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and budget objectives.
  • Promote and sell equipment and supplies through distributor partners to veterinary clinics.
  • Support and train distributor representatives as needed to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Attend regional distributor sales meetings and actively participate in training events.
  • Plan and coordinate seminars, educational programs, and continuing education (CE) events for targeted veterinarians.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary schools, including faculty and students.
  • Provide regular market insights and performance feedback to management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio and service offerings.
  • Represent Jorgensen Laboratories at industry trade shows, conferences, and professional meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at National Sales Meetings.
  • Provide input and feedback on marketing programs and materials to support strategic initiatives.
  • Travel overnight as required (approximately 25–50%).

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location.

Requirements
  • Experience: 6 to 10 years’ relevant experience.
  • Animal health industry experience is non-negotiable.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and strengthening distributor partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent sales success and progression in roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to achieve goals independently with minimal supervision.
  • Solid understanding of the clinical, operational, and business aspects of veterinary practice.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital/web-based marketing strategies.
  • Experience using cloud-based CRM systems, sales tracking, and data management tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and applicable insurance.
