Job description

TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, a FTSE100 listed multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.

About the role

TMS global community is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Account Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo.  Working on a hybrid basis, you will maintain an on-site presence with our client at least 2-3 days per week, with the remainder working from home.

As the Regional Account Manager at TMS, you will support the Client Services Director in leading the operational management of assigned client accounts, playing a key role in strengthening partnerships, ensuring flawless execution, and driving sustainable business growth.

You will have the ability to adapt to evolving client needs, while ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets through ensuring the operation runs efficiently and delivers value. You will work closely with the growth team, to drive the strategic growth agenda across your market and support the global strategy.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and mentorship to account teams, ensuring professional development, performance excellence, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Client Services Director to develop and implement strategic account plans that achieve both client objectives and internal business goals.
  • Oversee the delivery of print and display management projects, ensuring alignment with budget, quality, and timeline expectations.
  • Work in partnership with the Growth team to ensure alignment between strategic growth initiatives, shopper-centric design solutions, and regional operational delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement across operations to enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Ensure margin and performance targets are achieved while balancing operational excellence, client satisfaction, and internal value creation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key metrics, including financial updates, KPI dashboards, and other client deliverables.
  • Drive cost efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements, eliminating inefficiencies, and capturing gainshare opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.

Due to the nature of the role, fluency in English is required to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
