This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of service installations and internal projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and third-party partners—balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Lead internal and external project kick-offs
Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans and scope
Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including clients and third-party vendors
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Provide regular project updates, status reports, and communications
Ensure seamless project handover to Client Support teams
Maintain strong, professional client relationships
Maintain accurate project documentation and administrative records
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures
Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and implement resolutions
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Manage project financials, including invoicing and supplier tracking
Oversee customer billing and cost control
Ensure alignment of project delivery with revenue targets
Conduct post-project evaluations and performance reviews
Provide aftercare support following project completion
Ensure successful knowledge transfer to Client Support teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent project planning and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and team collaboration capabilities
Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
Familiarity with telecommunication systems and PABX
Basic knowledge of Evolve IP services and troubleshooting tools
Understanding of ISO27001 standards and procedures
PRINCE2 Foundation certification (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
PMP Certification highly preferred
Strong client-facing experience in a technical or MSP environment
