Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Hyland OnBase Trainer to deliver training on the Hyland OnBase platform. The candidate should have strong knowledge of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions and hands-on experience in conducting training sessions with real-time use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end training on Hyland OnBase
  

• Explain ECM concepts and OnBase architecture
  

• Conduct sessions on Document Management, Workflow Automation, and Case Management
  

• Provide hands-on labs and practical use cases
  

• Prepare and review training content
  

• Handle participant queries and troubleshooting
  

• Conduct training feedback sessions and assessments

Required Skills:

• Hyland OnBase (Configuration, Workflow, Unity Client, Web Client)
  

• ECM (Enterprise Content Management) concepts
  

• Document Imaging & Capture
  

• Workflow Automation
  

• Basic understanding of System Integration (APIs, Web Services)
  

• Strong communication & presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Hyland OnBase certifications
  

• Domain experience in Banking / Healthcare / Insurance
  

• Prior corporate or online training delivery experience

Eligibility:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Hyland OnBase
  

• Prior experience as Trainer / Subject Matter Expert preferred
