Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in utility or residential energy efficiency programs, residential building science, HVAC and weatherization best practices, technical energy efficiency upgrade principles, and/or home energy assessments.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience, preferably managing remote staff.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong written, reporting, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Experience working as a consultant with proven success serving clients.

Requirements:

  • Lead field operations, manage incentive program account management, quality assurance, and technical training opportunities across Oregon and Southwest Washington, while maintaining strong client and partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with program leadership and clients to ensure high-quality delivery, proactive issue resolution, and strong contractor and program partner engagement.
  • Translate field insights, feedback, and performance data into strategic recommendations that support client goals; communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences; and prepare concise reports.
  • Manage time, scope, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring proactive communication and follow-through; travel as needed (based in Oregon with quarterly travel to Portland).

To join our team as an Incentive Processing Supervisor.  We are seeking an experienced Incentive Processing Supervisor to lead a field operations team delivering residential energy efficiency incentive program account management, quality assurance, and technical training opportunities across Oregon and Southwest Washington. This role partners closely with program leadership to work with clients to ensure high‑quality delivery, proactive issue resolution, and strong contractor and program partner engagement.

The Incentive Processing Supervisor provides strategic operations insight to inform program design, identify areas of improvement, and progress toward energy savings goals, while fostering strong relationships and technical excellence. The ideal candidate brings building science knowledge, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for advancing energy efficiency and community impact.

This position is preferably based in Oregon, with quarterly travel to Portland required at minimum.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with:
    • utility or residential energy efficiency programs,
    • residential building science,
    • HVAC and weatherization best practices,
    • technical energy efficiency upgrade principles,
    • and/or conducting home energy assessments.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, preferably managing remote staff.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working as a consultant with proven success serving clients
  • Strong written, reporting, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented problem solver able to manage stress, interruptions, and tight deadlines.
  • Located in a commutable distance from Portland.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with community‑based organizations or delivering equity‑focused programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM and general data entry or project tracking systems.

Target Salary

$68,000 – $73,000
