What you can expect

Zoom is looking for Enterprise Account Executives to sell our Zoom Workplace Platform. Our Enterprise sales team focuses on working with our top strategic/global accounts in a defined geographic territory.

About the Team

As a member of the Zoom Enterprise team, you will empower top global corporations to discover flexible solutions for modern team collaboration. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with high-level clients

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities

  • Creating client presentations and proposals. Coordinating quarterly business reviews

  • Conducting high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives

  • Utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close

  • Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns

What we’re looking for

  • Have experience (6+ yrs) of quota carrying Enterprise Sales/Account Executive experience

  • Have experience (2+ yrs) selling to Tier 1 Finance and Insurance providers

  • Have experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situations

  • Have experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

  • Have experience with business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills

  • Have experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging

  • Able to travel as needed

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$208,700.00

Maximum:

$365,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
